Just pondering the Landmark Trust availability list for end of June/begining of July….would anyone be interested in coming along for a week and/or weekend in a historic building of some kind? Is Morpeth Castle cool?

If you’ve got lots of cash then Monkton Old Hall in Pembroke (on the hill across the river from the castle) is amazing to stay in :) They’ve put the prices up somewhat since I was a kid unfortunately.

    It’s Landmark Trust. I think it was about 1000 a week in mid-summer (sleeps 7 or 11 or something (space for lots more on floors etc), but even that was a few years ago.
