In an effort to sidestep some of the spam I’m getting on the mobile, I’ve refreshed the mobile@hopcroft.org.uk alias, this will, for the moment at least, act as the address for any mobile communications I’m likely to have with me at any given time – the @docomo.ne.jp address is officially retired due to recieving a ratio of 130 spam per day to 6 useful messages. Please only use this for communications I need to receive urgently, since the UI on this NEC does nothing for my blood pressure.

Just back from the Ducky Duck Coffee and Cake shop, where plans for inane roadtrips were being hatched. Must get a DV cam. Oh, and a car, the sillier the better.
Who is Charlie Mouse?
I’ll take a guess you witnessed Pete sending an email standing atop the nx in a Bavarian valley, back in the days before the mobile internet was the phenomanon (sp?) it is today?
Woah, its been a while since the last update…and everything is now sorted out with the agent, I think (now I’ve got to fix the bank problems…but thats another rant for another day).

Thats it, my inbox is nearly empty, for the first time in years. I’ve only got a couple more mails that need replies and they’ve arrived in the last couple of days. So if anyone was expecting an email from me something has gotten lost along the way, prod me and I’ll become so deluged I return to my normal overburdened mode where I don’t reply for months.
Oh, and any of the Oxgoths out there, I’m having a bit of trouble posting to the list, so if you’re out to the pub tonight (it is tuesday, right? not got the hang of timezones yet), say hello to everyone from me.
A slight case of oversyndication
I might have overdone the rss feeds now that I got a few more points to play with. Three pages to catch up with after only a few hours sleep. Oops.
