  Job agent, they were just trying it on again[0] – claiming I’d only worked 18 days last month not 19. Of course they bill on for 19, more if they think they can get away with it, which tops up their commision quite nicely. All sorted now, until next month when they’ll try another way to get more cash than is their due.
  
  [0] the third time I’ve seen them try to rip somebody off in this contract…draw your own conclusions…
