A few weeks back I was worrying that there might be some kinds of actions to prevent people taking photographs in public places. Of course, I shouldn’t’ve worried …that could never happen here. Could it?

You are prevented from taking photos on the London Underground…

We know, we’ve been told off by the men in blue suits before ;)

  As far as I am aware that has always been the case, and is the case for many transit systems. They would tell you to stop, and only if you continued would they be able to do something like take your camera away.
  
  This incident was in a public area, perhaps straying onto private land, but derelict buildings. If anything the illegalness comes from that not the pictures.

I’m sure that you would never get scares in this country where photographers might be vicitimised.
