Theres a helluva good lightning storm going on outside at the moment….oddly just a constant rumble of thunder accompanying it, no rain, few loud cracks, its just like someone turned up the A14 a bit. And put the sun on ‘strobe’. The rain’ll be here soon.

In the meantime, here’s some zombie dogs.

    I’ve been seeing quite exciting flashes in the far distance for a good hour or so nothing, but so far no sign of thunder or rain…

    I think it’s probably waiting till I go to bed to get noisy. ;-)

      Got down to a latency of less than a quarter second between flash and bang, which I reckon puts the strikes pretty much within visible distance of my house. So I was watching the biggest tree I can see hoping to see some exploding lightning action…nothing…its still flashing, but the bangs and the rain are receding into the distance now.

    I know! I was chasing it home! I would have made it a cup of tea if it would have asked!

    Lunch sounds good but I am duty manager all this week and then have Steer staying for the weekend – probably next week will be best? xxx
