    This development has sandwich boards up all over the neighbourhood around my mom’s house:

    The street address actually is 32 Gothic Ave. And there’s a condominium going up at 20 Gothic Ave. too, although they don’t appear to be playing up the gothic angle quite so much, judging by the blue and sunshiney-sand-coloured pallette of their big billboard.

    Toronto real estate, anyone?

        Renting in Montreal is just depressingly inexpensive. Beautiful huge old flats with hardwood floors and high ceilings, for a song …
