  I’d just moved in, it was me, a milkpan for making coffee, a sleeping bag and a laptop. Argos kindly supplied me with a comic full of such treasures for me to idly flick through while waiting for the pan to boil before another caffeine fueled alnighter waiting for livejournal to download over GPRS.
