    Not unless you count three stops down the Yamanote line ‘extreme’. Which wouldn’t surprise me in these days of dumbing down.

    Screaming in English seemed to have the desired effect when prodded in bits of shoulder that didn’t really want to be prodded. And obviously the injection needs to go into the bit that hurts most, can’t you put it somewhere where doesn’t hurt so much?
