“RFID passive tags and readers that can be used to monitor vehicles at a read distance of 17 feet traveling at speeds of 160 mph” … brought back some memories of designing such a system ten years ago, we never completed it because we never got the funding we needed, and the technology at the time was marginal for the 250mph spec we had set ourselves (F1 cars)….it was going to be an add-on to the first ‘handheld’ system I worked on…I can’t believe that page is still there, I wonder if they still support it?
