  1. Hmm… I woke up this morning determined to give up caffeine (again), as it seems to be interrupting my sleep patterns. So you pointing us towards this (very interesting) article is either a) a very good thing, because it will remind me why caffeine is BAD or b) a very bad thing, as it is reminding me of coffee and how much I want some…

    Currently, I fear the answer may turn out to be ‘b’.

    • a friend of mine found that he can only drink 1 cup of coffee per day, and it must be early in the morning, otherwise he doesn’t sleep well. So he very sensibly got a little espresso machine at home, so that his 1 cup will be as good as possible.
