A digital misfit

Stockholm

Upplands Väsby

The town of Upplands Väsby is mostly a commuter town these days, though it does still house the Marabou chocolate factory. A factory complete with peculiar repetative sounds like those I imagined coming from Charlies chocolate factory. There is a sculpture garden between the factory and the railway line.

Norrviken

To the north of Edsberg Slott, and Edsviken lake is the lake of Norrviken.

Hammerby Sjö

Heading south from Södermalm Öst, beyond the transport museum, is Hammerby Sjö, a small channel from the Baltic through to Hammerby Sluss, a lock connecting the sea and Lake Mälaren.

Södermalm Öst

From the East of Södermalm, further along from Slussen harbourside you can look across the Baltic sea toward Djurgården

Telefonplan

Telefonplan was the home of Ericsson until recently, though now their headquarters have moved across town to Kista.

Fruängen

Fruängen is another concrete hell at the end of the metro system.
